It is the activity which has grown the fastest during recent years and as such San Miguel Instalaciones, S.A Following approval of the Technical Building Code and enforceability of these types of facilities we have divided this activity in three areas:

- Solar heating , central heating, heating and climate control of swimming pools, with use in multifamily homes, apartment blocks, hotels, sports centres and major projects for industrial cooling

- Solar photovoltaics, a network for electric power production and sale of electricity and also to provide supply to isolated houses, pumping wells, etc...

- Biomass boiler installation, getting involved in this type of action given the wide acceptance by the Government and aid received by the Community. Acting in place of conventional boilers in houses, schools and industries.
